Our construction and remodeling services our company provide are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in our agreement.

Scope of Services

Our company will provide construction and remodeling services as outlined in the agreed-upon project proposal or contract. The specific scope of work, deliverables, and timelines will be detailed in the project proposal or contract. Any query that you might have about our services will be discussed before finalizing the agreement to give you peace of mind.

 

Project Customization/Changes

Any changes or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of work must be mutually agreed upon in writing and may result in additional costs or delays. 

David Anderson Construction, LLC’s team of experts reserves the right to assess the impact of requested changes. Our team will even provide a revised proposal or estimate for approval.

 

Materials and Subcontractors

Unless otherwise stated in the contract, we will provide all necessary labor, equipment, and materials required for the project. Our team makes sure to meet the highest level of expertise and quality.

 

Payment Terms and Conditions 

The client agrees to pay us in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms and schedule. Progress payments will be invoiced based on project milestones or completion stages as outlined in the contract. 

A deposit may be required before commencing work, with subsequent progress payments based on milestones or completion stages as outlined in the contract. The deposit amount will be specified in the project proposal or contract.

The final payment amount will be specified in the contract, taking into account any adjustments or change orders. Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

If the client fails to make payments in accordance with the agreed-upon terms, the company reserves the right to charge late fees or interest as permitted by law.

 

Work Guarantee and Warranty

Our company warrants that all work will be performed in a professional manner and in accordance with applicable industry standards and codes. Any warranties or guarantees provided by the company for specific materials and products will be detailed in the project proposal or contract.

David Anderson Construction, LLC team will pass on any applicable warranties provided by manufacturers or suppliers for materials, products, or equipment used in the construction or remodeling project.

 

Company Liability and Insurance: 

Our company maintains appropriate liability insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen events or damages that may occur during the project. The client is advised to maintain adequate homeowner’s insurance coverage to protect their property and stuff.

 

Our Client Responsibilities

The client will provide the following:

  • 1. Clear and timely communication.
  • 2. Access to the project site.
  • 3. Any necessary permits or approvals are required for the project.

The client will ensure a safe working environment for the company’s employees and subcontractors, taking necessary precautions to protect personal property.

 

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this agreement will be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the project is located.
